Acceptance of orders:
Pro-Design Corporate will only accept orders through qualified promotional product distributors. All purchase orders must be in writing.
Changes and cancellations:
All changes and cancellations must be received in writing at least 3 days prior to scheduled production date and are subject to additional charges. Cancelled orders will be invoiced for all work and expenses incurred. Completed orders cannot be cancelled.
Credit Terms:
Net 30 day terms are available upon credit approval. A 50% down payment is required for first time orders and on orders above $7,500. Late payment fee is 2% on unpaid balance.
Artwork:
Electronic art is preferable. We accept pdf, tiff, jpeg, or eps files. Camera ready artwork is also acceptable.
Copyright / Trademark Laws:
Pro-Design Corporate assumes that all submitted artwork is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright and trademarks. Pro-Design Corporate is assumed to be held harmless for any damages, costs or expenses arising from our use of any submitted artwork.
Minimum Order Quantities:
All products require minimum order quantities as shown in this website and listed in the price sheet. Any "Specials" for the defined period will supersede these minimum order quantities. Less than minimum orders are generally not accepted. Contact us at info@pdthrows.com to discuss options.
